WYSIWYG rich-text editor built on Tiptap (StarterKit) with a `Toggle`-based toolbar.

Ready to use, but its API may still change before it is marked stable.

Usage

import { RichTextEditor } from "@qeetrix/ui";

It can also be imported on its own from @qeetrix/ui/components/rich-text-editor.

Follows the WAI-ARIA toolbar pattern. Not yet audited.
